Forms for Use in
Claim and Delivery
This set of forms is
used in claiming lawful possession to personal property possessed by another
individual. The forms are filed in the district court when the personal
property has a value of $25,000 or less. The forms are filed in the circuit
court when the personal property has a value of more than $25,000.
