Meetings are typically held at 1:00 p.m. on the third Friday of every February, May, August, and November. The next meeting will be Friday, May 18, 2012.

Request for Public Comment
Members of the public
will be given an opportunity to address the committee regarding improvements to
the system or prior to a vote on an issue under consideration. >>See Public Comment
Guidelines
Generally, public
remarks on issues under consideration or policy recommendations are limited to
the public comment portions of the meeting. All requests to provide oral public
comment must be made before or at the start of the meeting using the Request
for Public Comment form to assure that you are provided an opportunity to
speak prior to any committee votes. Written comments must be received at least
14 days prior to the scheduled meeting in order to be considered.
Please
note that the subcommittee does not have authority over court or local friend
of the court office decisions or operations, cannot intervene in individual cases,
and cannot provide legal advice. The subcommittee listens to public comment for
