On Site Training Workshop: "Coaching for Performance."
This 3 hour workshop reviews the role of the manager as a coach and introduces techniques for providing ongoing feedback to employees that recognize accomplishments and encourage improved performance in a particular area. Materials excerpted from an MJI Chief Judge Seminar entitled Leadership and Effective Teamwork for Chief Judges held in November, 1998. Materials consist of a handbook and 5 videotapes: Fundamental of Leadership; Fundamentals of Teamwork; Managing Conflict in Teams; Effective Decision Making; and Managing Change.
