The Evidence Benchbook was first published as part of a single volume benchbook addressing all circuit court proceedings and authored by the Hon. J. Richardson Johnson. The evidence section of the original Michigan Circuit Court Benchbook is currently undergoing a complete revision and will be published as a single benchbook devoted to discussing evidence. The version available at the link below is a DRAFT version of the benchbook and is not meant to represent a complete treatment of evidence issues.
