The Evidence Benchbook is a fully revised and updated version of the Evidence chapter included in the original Circuit Court Benchbook. The Evidence Benchbook is current through January 1, 2012. The benchbook is available in PDF format for viewing, printing, and/or downloading, and it is fully searchable using Adobe Acrobat's search features.

The Evidence Benchbook discusses in detail common evidentiary issues arising in both civil and criminal proceedings.
