The Michigan Circuit Court Benchbook: Civil Proceedings was first published as part of a single volume benchbook addressing all circuit court proceedings. The civil proceedings section has been completely revised and published as a single benchbook devoted to discussing civil proceedings in circuit court. It is current through December 2009. The benchbook was originally authored by the Hon. J. Richardson Johnson.

Future updates to this benchbook will be formatted according to the content and page numbers appearing in this edition of the benchbook.
