• Provide a copy of your court's strategic plan to your new employees.

• Invite your Chief Judge and/or Court Administrator to introduce and discuss your court's strategic plan to various audiences.

• Post Mission and Vision Statements: Post your statements in locations throughout the building so it is always visible to court staff as well as the general public.
