**Prior to utilizing these resources, please complete the training from the New Employee Training Curriculum entitled "Your Role as a Court Employee".

Upon completion of this curriculum you will be able to:

  1. Identify ways to impact the workplace as a leader from your current position.

  2. Apply basic coaching techniques to your staff and/or peers.

  3. Recognize the good work of your staff and/or peers without incurring any cost to the organization.

  4. Position yourself in a leadership role by the way you choose to respond to events.
