Trial Court Collections - Policies

In addition to SCAO model policies, this page includes collections-related policies that have been developed by courts. Because these are not SCAO-approved policies, and collections policies should always be a work in progress, the chief judge should review and approve the policies before implementing these policies or a customized version of the policies.
