The Center for Public Policy Studies, through a grant from the State Justice Institute (SJI), has made available a bench guide on immigration issues for state trial court judges. The guide's intent is to enable judges to identify those cases in which a criminal conviction or sentence could have collateral consequences on an individual's immigration status. |
