    To the subcontract template, right click on the link and select "save target as.” Navigate to where you want to store the document. Change the extension from .doc to .dot and save. Close the "Download Complete" window. Navigate to the saved document, double click, provide the requested information, click "Options," click "Enable this content," then click "OK." Complete the remaining information by tabbing between fields.
