Once QuickTime® is installed, the important setting which effects proper playback speed of the videos is the network connection speed. If you have an older computer that is slower than 300Mhz then you should select either the 28.8/33.6 Modem or 56K Modem connection speed, regardless of what type of connection you have. This will load the video file suited to your computer. If you have a newer computer greater than 300Mhz then simply select the connection type and speed that matches your setup. This will load videos properly prepared for your type of computer and connection.
