Documents Now Accessible Through the Case Inquiry Menu Option
The Case Inquiry System, now includes links to PDF copies of Orders and Opinions released by both the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court. Case information will include links to unpublished Court of Appeals opinions issued since July 1996, Supreme Court opinions and published Court of Appeals opinions issued since January 2001, Court of Appeals orders issued after January 1, 2005, and Supreme Court orders issued after September 21, 2005. Programmers at the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals collaborated on this project, which also includes a new listserv alerting subscribers to the release of all Supreme Court orders and containing links to those orders.

To subscribe send an email to listserv@listserv.michigan.gov with the phrase "subscribe appellateorders" in the message body.
To subscribe to Opinions via e-mail:
If you would like to receive the Michigan Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinion release lists via email, send an email message to listserv@listserv.michigan.gov with the phrase "Subscribe AppellateOpinions" in the message body. Both words must be on the same line.
