The Michigan Uniform System of Citation was rescinded by Administrative Order 2014-22, effective November 5, 2014.  The Court now uses, and encourages others to use, the Michigan Appellate Opinion Manual, which sets forth the standards for the citation of authority, quotation, and style in opinions of the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals.
