Revision of SCAO Form: Verification Regarding CDC Eviction Moratorium Declaration DC 511)

State Court Administrator Boyd explains that DC 511 was revised​ in response to the amendment of Administrative Order No. 2020-17.​

This memorandum provides recommendations for coordinating FOC and district court services to assist families facing eviction.  The recommendations provide a range of activities that each court and FOC can implement based on local resources.  A flyer​ for FOC use (reminding customers to update information and providing resources) is also available.

    Temporary COVID-19 protocols for entry into Michgian Department of Corrections facilities and transfers to and fronm Department custody; temporary recommended COVID-19 protocols and enhanced early-release authorization for county jails, local lockups, and juvenile detention centers.
